Here's what you need:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy!)
  • 1/2 cup dried mango slices (softened)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind!)
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweetness!)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional, but so good!)
  • A few ice cubes
  • Let's get blending! 
 

 

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Soften it Up!  Place your dried mango in a bowl and cover with warm water for 15-20 minutes until soft and pliable. Drain well! (This step is key for that creamy texture!)
  2. Into the Blender! 🌪️ Add the softened dried mango, yogurt, milk, honey/maple syrup, cardamom, and ice cubes to your blender.
  3. Blend Away!  Blend until completely smooth and creamy. No chunks allowed!
  4. Taste & Adjust! Give it a quick taste. Need more sweetness? Add a splash more honey! Too thick? A little more milk!
  5. Pour & Enjoy! 🥳 Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a mint leaf or a sprinkle of cardamom if you're feeling fancy!
