Ingredients (1 Serving)
- Chia seeds – 2 tbsp (24 g)
- Flaxseeds (ground) – 1 tbsp (10 g)
- Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp (10 g)
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Stevia / erythritol – optional (few drops)
- Warm water – as needed
That’s it. If it’s not in your pantry, it doesn’t belong on Day 1.
Preparation
- Add chia seeds to a bowl.
- Pour warm water until fully soaked.
- Rest 15–20 minutes until gel forms.
- Mix in ground flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.
- Add cinnamon and sweetener (optional).
- Stir well and eat slowly.
